You may have noticed that when you use the Enneagram in your professional work, it opens something up in your client, and, in you. The process of supporting others in awakening consciousness does not come without your own continuing professional development and the ongoing evolution of Self.
To that end, Deep Coaching Practice Circles are offered to provide you with deepened knowledge, understanding of and skill in working with Enneagram dynamics in a safe ‘practice-field.’
The DC Practice Circle is designed for growth-oriented professionals with niches in many forms of life coaching, career coaching; spiritual coaching and spiritual direction; and in various therapeutic and energetic modalities.
De-velcroing: A process of Disidentification with “Who I Take Myself to Be”
Offered as an intermediate element of the Deep Coaching Certification Program, this series is designed to help you meet the internal landscape of your clients and create conditions for interrupting “who your client takes him or herself to be.” By taking into account invisible dynamics, get under the context of each type’s inner conversations and emotional and somatic “realities,” to learn to create more robust coaching experiences.
Learn to apply the Second Stage of the Deep Coaching Model, as well as integrate specific Deep Coaching principles.
Enrollment is limited to only eight participants in each coaching circle series to provide you ample engagement in refining and expanding your coaching presence and competence.
Specific emphasis is placed on the energetic field created between you and your client, to better understand the impact of dynamics between your personality types. Experience and explore the influence, strengths and challenges associated with type in the coaching experience for both yourself and your client.
Throughout the course participants have the opportunity for deepening self-awareness and astounding growth.
This program is limited to a small number of participants per offering.
Prerequisite: Completion of the Deep Coaching Telecourse Series (Foundation Course) or approved equivalent.
THROUGH THIS FOCUSED, INTIMATE LEARNING EXPERIENCE:
Expand your knowledge base in the Enneagram’s rich and in-depth body of wisdom;
Experience the distinctions in how you coach to those with different dominant Enneagram types;
Explore how your Enneagram type impacts how you see, hold, hear, and relate to your clients;
Refine your coaching skills, such as developing trust, ‘deep listening‘, asking type-sensitive questions, supporting various stages of the awakening process; and paying attention to your own internal knowing;
Discover what makes for type-sensitive and potent ‘fieldwork’;
Grow through being coached through the lens of the Enneagram;
Strengthen your capacity to coach deeply;
Practice presence;
Expand your confidence as a Deep Coaching practitioner; and
Build relationships with colleagues who are becoming Deep Coaching Practitioners.
EACH BASIC DEEP COACHING PRACTICE CIRCLE INCLUDES:
Eleven sessions of highly participatory teleconferences (nearly 20 hours of active learning with a foundation session; two-three practice sessions/month. each, summary session; 105 minutes in length —-over 4 months)
Each Circle is limited to just (8) participants to offer the opportunity for active involvement as a coach, as a ‘client,’ and in giving feedback
Active use of an easy-to-use, private, online collective discussion board, where questions are addressed and new insights are shared
Each session will be recorded for downloading for you to listen to again and again
A process for clarifying how you are growing, and receiving feedback from Roxanne
